Paleo Meal Plan
This eating plan is a great foundation for getting back to basics and consists of consuming foods presumed to be available to humans during the Paleolithic area. It is designed to decrease GI distress and reduce inflammation in the body by removing fermentable legumes and grains from the diet as well as reducing the intake of many of the common inflammatory and allergenic foods, which can greatly contribute to the disease process. The paleo diet is probably the most restrictive of the different meal plans and adds a more liberal consumption of wild and pastured meats.
